By downloading, installing, or using Furfash , a premium AI fashion styling app exclusively designed for iOS, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement . This Agreement constitutes a binding agreement between You and Furfash governing Your use of the App, including all features, services, and content provided through the App. If You do not agree to all the terms of this Agreement, You must not download, install, or use the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to this Agreement shall constitute Your acceptance of the modified terms.
Furfash is a premium AI fashion styling app that combines AI-powered outfit generation with an extensive material library to help Users create personalized fashion looks easily. The App offers a range of core features to enhance Your fashion creativity, including: AI-Powered Outfit Generation, which transforms Your photos into stunning fashion designs using advanced AI technology—simply upload a photo, select a styling scenario (daily, holiday, party, or photoshoot), and let the App’s AI generate personalized outfit schemes complete with coordinated clothing and accessories, with multiple style variations to preview and save; a Fashion Material Library, featuring a curated collection organized into three categories (Clothing, Accessories, and Themes) for You to mix and match, preview in real time, and save favorites, with all materials locally cached for offline access and sourced from copyright-compliant content; My Fashion Gallery, where You can save and organize all Your AI-generated schemes and custom combinations, preview, rename, or delete saved designs, export images to Your photo library without watermarks, or share through iOS native sharing; and Flexible Monetization, offering coin-based and subscription options—use coins for AI generation, or subscribe for unlimited free saves, with core features accessible in the free version and optional in-app purchases for additional materials, advanced AI styles, and watermark-free exports. The App uses only Furfash’s self-developed AI services and never uses any third-party AI services, data processors, external tools, or third-party APIs . All AI technology powering the App is independently developed and maintained by the Company, ensuring complete control over data processing and privacy protection.
You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years of age or older . The App is strictly intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, You confirm that You meet this age requirement and that all interactions with the App will be responsible and appropriate. The Company does not knowingly allow Users under the age of 18 to download, install, or use the App. If the Company becomes aware that a User is under 18 years of age, the Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate that User’s access to the App immediately without prior notice, to ensure the protection of minors.
When using the App, You agree to comply with the following obligations to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive experience for all Users, and to protect the privacy and rights of others:
The Company is committed to protecting Your privacy as a top priority, and all privacy commitments outlined in the Furfash Privacy Policy are incorporated herein by reference. We strictly do not collect any facial information, biometric data, or any other form of personally identifiable information from Your uploaded photos, camera usage, or device. We use only Furfash’s self-developed AI services and never use any third-party services for data processing. We never send Your data, photos, generated outfit schemes, saved designs, favorite materials, or any information about Your use of the App to any third-party services .
All data processing is completed locally on Your device. Your uploaded photos, generated outfit schemes, saved designs, favorite materials, and any other content You create or interact with are never collected, stored, or used by the Company for any purpose other than providing the AI fashion styling service. You have full, exclusive control over all content You upload or generate, and You can delete such content at any time directly from the App. The Company does not track Your usage habits, record Your browsing history within the App, or collect any device information (such as device model, IP address, operating system, or location) that could identify You individually. The App only requests necessary permissions (Photo Library, Camera, and Photo Library Add) when required for core features, and You may revoke these permissions at any time through Your device’s settings.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the self-developed AI technology, software code, design, logo, text, graphics, user interface, fashion material library, and all other content provided through the App, are owned exclusively by the Company. You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit any of the Company’s intellectual property rights without the Company’s prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property rights constitutes a violation of this Agreement and may result in the Company taking action to protect its rights. Your use of the App grants You a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App’s features for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to use the App’s material library, AI technology, or other content for commercial purposes.
You shall not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other User’s use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, using viruses, malware, or other harmful software, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems or data, or engaging in any conduct that disrupts the App’s functionality. The Company reserves the right to take action against any User who engages in such unauthorized use , including restricting or terminating access to the App, without prior notice. You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its self-developed AI technology, or modify any part of the App to bypass restrictions or gain unauthorized access to features.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend Your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if You violate any term of this Agreement, fail to meet the age requirement, or engage in any unauthorized or harmful use of the App. Termination may also occur if You engage in fraudulent activity, violate applicable laws, or fail to comply with the App’s content guidelines. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from Your device. Upon termination, all rights granted to You under this Agreement shall cease, and You shall no longer use the App or any of its features. Termination of this Agreement shall not relieve You of any liability arising from Your improper use of the App prior to termination. Any content You have saved locally on Your device will remain on Your device after termination, but You will no longer have access to the App’s features to manage or edit such content.
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects, or that the generated outfit schemes, material combinations, or other content will meet Your expectations. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from Your use of the App , including but not limited to damages resulting from content uploads, generated outfit schemes, in-app purchases, or any unauthorized use of the App. You agree that You use the App at Your own risk. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any content generated through the App, and You are solely responsible for any use or sharing of such content. The Company also does not warrant that the App’s material library will always be available or free of errors, and reserves the right to update or remove materials at its discretion.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with prior notice to You. Such notice may be provided through the App, via email (if You choose to provide one), or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any modifications shall constitute Your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If You do not agree to the modified terms, You must stop using the App and uninstall it from Your device.
